CONFIRMATION AND CANCELLATION

To permanently secure the boat, full prepayment is required. If the customer wants to cancel the service for personal reasons, the communication must be received 72 hours before the service to avoid a full 100% penalty.

WEATHER CONDITIONS

The service is guaranteed even in case of rain.

In the presence of weather conditions that might affect the safety of passengers on board, the company and the Captain reserve the right to cancel the service. If the service is cancelled by Bellagio Boat Service, the customer will receive a 100% refund or the opportunity to reschedule the tour.

DELAY

The captain follows to the confirmed schedule. In case of delay of the customer, the time available for navigation will be reduced accordingly.

SAFETY

The captain has the right and duty to deny access on board to people in visible altered states who could affect the safety of other passengers on board.

Smoking is absolutely prohibited.

It is absolutely forbidden to jump from the boat.

ON BOARD

The customer is responsible for any damage caused on board the boat and will be required to pay a sum equivalent to what is broken or damaged. The company is not responsible for objects forgotten on the boat.

Food and red wine are prohibited on board.

Dogs are welcome.
